We take the Old Timey Old West style portrait studio to a whole new level with our professional cinematic Digital Art Photography photo shoots.  For your photoshoot we will meet you at your choice of either a professional movie set location we are affiliated with in Benson, Arizona or at a specific location here in Tombstone, Arizona.  Some of the shots will be done using actual movie set backdrops (or western scenic backdrops if in Tombstone) and some of the shots will be done on a green screen at the location.  The shoot will be directed by a film industry professional and our Graphic Design department will then add specialized effects and graphics to the photos to create compelling gallery-worthy digital art.
If you have horses and would like them in your shots, you are welcome to bring them with you.
Please note: Our photo shoots are for ages 13 and up and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
THE “SILVER” PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE INCLUDES: 
Four different setups, or “looks”, that you can choose from the best shots of you that we will take,  a photo CD of your final four fully edited digital photos in both full resolution and web-sized resolution PLUS the following prints:
12   4×6 prints (3 of each look)
4      5×7 prints (1 of each look)
4      8×10 prints (1 of each look)

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS (or, The Fine Print and Legal Stuff)
Contact us directly at 818-299-1568 or RavennaOldWest@gmail.com for scheduling availability prior to ordering! 
 – Once you have chosen a package and we have answered any questions you may have, pay for your package on our website.
Please note: All packages (prints and/or CDs) are charged $8.40 for USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout.
(International shipments are an additional $27.05 which will be invoiced to you separately via email for payment through the ssl secure Paypal service, after you place your order. International shipping on Movie Posters, which are shipped separately, is an additional $23.50 beyond the photo package purchase price. This amount will also be invoiced to you via email for payment through the ssl secure Paypal service, after you place your order.) 
 – After your photo shoot is complete, we will email you the best of each of your four different poses in their raw-unedited form for you to choose from. (Due to specific graphic design requirements, Movie Poster photos are chosen by our graphics department and will not be sent to you for selection.). Once you have selected your four photos, we will turn them into cinematic Digital Art with our specialized edits and effects and ship your photo CD within 2 weeks.  Please allow up to 3 weeks production time for Movie Posters prior to shipping.
 – We are professional horsemen and are well versed in filming around horses but as a standard in Arizona for equine activities we will ask you to sign a release from liability for Ravenna Old West Studios (company) to cover the duration of the time we will be photographing you.

Additional information

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and if you need to cancel anytime up until 7 days before your shoot date, we will happily refund your entire purchase price. For any cancellations 7 days or less before the shoot date we will retain a 20% late cancellation fee out of your purchase and refund 80% of your purchase price. Though unlikely, if for any reason we should need to cancel the photo shoot ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel and if so we will promptly refund 100% of any monies paid in advance by any customer for our services and/or products. All photoshoots are weather permitting. If the weather forecast prohibits the use of the exterior facilities for shooting on the scheduled date and time of your shoot, we will have to cancel
or reschedule your photo shoot. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund your photo shoot purchase price in full. By purchasing a photography package from Ravenna Old West Studios you (the customer) agree not to hold the company liable beyond 100% refund of monies paid in the event of a cancellation.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We wish to Guarantee Your Satisfaction!  If you do not like the photos we email you to select from, we will gladly refund your money, simple as that. After you make your selection we will immediately begin the editing process on your photos. Once this process has started, the photo package is non-refundable. Due to specific graphic design requirements, Movie Poster photos are chosen by our graphics department and will not be sent to you for selection. Because our Movie Posters are custom made and take a considerable amount of design time to create, they are non-refundable and cannot be redone. Before ordering we strongly suggest that you browse our Photo Gallery for examples of our style and our posters because we will be shooting and editing you in that style; what we like to think of as dramatic if not downright gritty-  although for the ladies we can always go a bit more elegant!
SHIPPING

Photo packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) and the shipping cost is $8.40 unless you are purchasing from outside of the United States. For international shipping the cost is an additional $27.05 (beyond the $8.40 which you will be charged at checkout when placing your order). The $27.05 will be invoiced to you separately via email for payment through the ssl secure Paypal service after you place your order. International CDs are sent via USPS Priority Mail (6 – 10 business days). Movie posters require 3-4 days shipping for U.S. shipments and the shipping cost is included in the poster price. For international movie poster shipments the cost for shipping is an additional $23.50 which will be invoiced to you separately via email for payment through the ssl secure Paypal service after you place your order.. Please allow 6 – 10+ business days for international movie poster shipments.
